SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-4 business days for processing. Once order is shipped, tracking numbers will be sent out via email or text. We ship out on Monday-Thursday. Orders are shipped UPS GROUND 1-5 business days or USPS Priority Mail, not including weekends or holidays. DHL International shipping is 7-14 business days after processing.

We do not offer cancellation orders. Once your order has been placed, your order has began processing. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your purchase and love your items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have 3 days from the date you receive your item to return the item back to us. Please contact us FIRST before sending any items back or we will refuse any return made without an approval. Please note you are RESPONSIBLE for all shipping costs/fees. Return labels are not provided. Divine Royalties does not offer refunds, store credit ONLY. Please allow 1-5 business days (not including weekends) to receive your store credit minus shipping cost. All items must be unworn, no smoke smells and in the same condition as they were sent. Please DO NOT tape our shoe boxes. You may ship back in any box or poly mailer. A result in returning our original shoe taped will result in 25% store credit fee.

Pick up hours are 4:30-7PM Monday-Thursday

Please contact us before you’re on your way. Also, Inform us what type of car are you in. You have 3 Business days to pick up your order. On the fourth business day your order will be issued a store credit. 

Route Protection, is for your coverage if your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or missing. 

We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, missing or stolen items once they leave our facility. 

Damages and issues 

If you received anything damaged or unusable, please reach out to Divine Royalties to resolve the matter before disputing an order. Let us make it right. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we do not receive an email within 3 business days of the delivery stamp, anytime after we have deem the merchandise as successful delivered and usable.
